  • All booking requests must be submitted no less than 48 hours prior to the requested drop-off time.

  • Booking requests submitted with less than 48 hours’ notice may be accepted at our discretion, subject to availability, and will incur a $20 short-notice booking fee.

Holiday Booking Cutoff

Holiday stays must be booked a minimum of 7 days in advance and are subject to limited availability.

Same-day or last-minute holiday booking requests are not guaranteed and may be declined without notice.

2. Private Residence Disclosure

Shiloh Trail Boarding Co. operates out of a private, insured residence, not a commercial kennel facility.

All dogs are cared for in a home-based environment with structured routines, supervised interaction, outdoor time, and designated rest periods.

By booking our services, clients acknowledge and consent to pet care occurring within a private residential setting.

3. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times

For the safety, consistency, and well-being of all dogs, drop-offs and pick-ups are strictly limited to the following designated windows:

  • Morning Window: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

  • Afternoon / Evening Window: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Arrivals or departures outside these windows are not guaranteed and may be declined to preserve daily routines, feeding schedules, rest periods, and group dynamics.

4. Late & Special Pick-Ups / Drop-Offs

  • Special drop-off or pick-up times outside standard windows may be approved by request only, subject to availability, and will incur a $25 special time fee per visit. All requests must be submitted and approved in advance.

  • Pick-ups occurring outside the scheduled time window without prior approval will incur a $25 late pick-up fee.

  • Pick-ups that are more than 60 minutes late or occur after 8:00 PM, regardless of notice, will incur a $40 late pick-up fee.

Repeated late pick-ups or failure to adhere to scheduled times may result in refusal of future bookings at our discretion.

5. Hours of Care & Service Conversions

  • Daycare pickups occurring late in the evening may convert to an overnight boarding stay when applicable.

  • Fees associated with late or extended care are applied based on timing and length of delay.

6. Multi-Dog Policy

Dogs from the same household may board together and may receive a discounted nightly rate for additional dogs.

Dogs must be compatible and safe when housed together. Shiloh Trail Boarding Co. reserves the right to separate dogs if necessary.

7. Food, Medication & Belongings

Owners must provide their dog’s regular food, labeled clearly.

Oral medications may be administered with written instructions.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items (beds, toys, blankets).

  • Owners will be contacted immediately.

  • Emergency veterinary care may be authorized if the owner is unreachable.

  • All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the owner.

Shiloh Trail Boarding Co. maintains pet-care liability insurance, which may apply to qualifying incidents; however, insurance coverage does not eliminate owner financial responsibility.

    • 24–48 hours → 50% refund

    • Less than 24 hours → No refund
